Ashley possesses extensive experience in business development, government contracts management, and finance for TDB. She has provided project supervision and staff management for a wide variety of clients, procurements, and projects. As a fiscal manager, Ashley is actively involved in capture strategy, preparing full bid responses, developing AQL and QASP standards, maintaining open lines of communication with the CO, COR, and POC’s, as well as assisting TDB’s Vice President of Human Resources, ensuring that each candidate submitted to the client for a legal or healthcare staffing project exceeds customer standards.

Ashley has cultivated strong client relationships and manages a diverse group of employees at TDB. She has a keen understanding of the importance of client-focused, fiscally responsible operations, and she brings this experience to bear in her activities pertaining to Finance, Contracts, and Operations at TDB.
