An experienced C-suite executive, attorney, and proud U.S. Army veteran, Tom has previously served in senior leadership roles across the public and private sectors.
His private sector management experience spans government contracts, healthcare staffing, renewable energy, business intelligence, and international trade.
Prior to entering private law practice, Tom served as a U.S. Army Infantry Captain, as well as Assistant to the General Counsel in the office of the Secretary of the Army. His responsibilities included providing legal advice at the Secretary level on IT procurement, utilization of small- and minority-owned businesses, outsourcing, and intellectual property. His awards include a Meritorious Service Medal and a National Defense Service Ribbon.
